SC (B) 10 Series Encapsulated Dry-type Power Transformers

 

The Dry Type Power Transformer employs advanced European technology, ensuring it meets fireproof, waterproof, and environmental protection standards.

The SC(B) 10 Series features optimized high-voltage coil structures, enhancing voltage and capacitance distribution between layers. This design improves resistance to atmospheric and working overvoltages, and electric field distribution, resulting in low performance loss, good energy-saving effects, economical operation, and maintenance-free benefits.

Ideal for power distribution systems, the SC(B) 10 Series offers high resistance to short-circuits and lightning impacts. It is flame retardant, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and low-noise, making it suitable for applications in subways, shipbuilding, mines, chemical industries, electric power enterprises, and buildings with high personnel density.

For IP20 or IP23 protection levels, we provide materials such as ordinary steel plate, stainless steel plate, and aluminum alloy, with treatments like pickling, phosphating, and spraying, customized to specific requirements.

 

F-Grade Insulation: SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use great materials and new technology to achieve F-grade insulation. It is reliably used in ambient temperatures up to 180ºCand the main part of the transformer can sustain up to 220ºC.

Safety: SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use insulated materials which is flame retardant and moisture-proof, the combustible material is only 10% of the epoxy resin transformer. There's no poisonous fumes during a long time burning at 800ºC.

Reliability: SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use special coil design and technology to achieve moisture-proof, mould proof and fame proof. It can sustain high thermal shock without partial discharge.

Strong Over-load Ability: SC(B) 10 Series power transformer can sustain 120% rated capacity. It can run for a long time under IP23 without forcing air cooling.
